You’re not running your life. Life is running you over. Maybe you even feel like it has put it in reverse and hit you a few extra times. It’s telling you it’s time to make a change. Yes, change can be hard but so is staying where you are.

This time is going to be different. This time I’m going to lose the weight. This time I’m going to make it happen. Until you don’t. Sound familiar? Have you ever stopped to ask yourself WHY?
